How to Collect Your OMDA Royalties
Madagascar's performing rights organization for songwriters and composers.
Office Malgache du Droit d'Auteur (OMDA) is the performing rights organization (PRO) in Madagascar. It licenses the public performance and broadcast of musical works and collects performance royalties for songwriters, composers, and music publishers when their music is played on radio and television, streamed, or performed in public across Madagascar. Through reciprocal agreements with PROs worldwide, OMDA also collects on behalf of international writers whose works are used in Madagascar.

How Notes works with this platform
What we do on OMDA
- Register. If you're affiliated with OMDA, Notes registers your compositions and publisher data so the performance royalties OMDA collects are matched to you.
- Register. ISRCs, ISWCs, IPI numbers, and split data are submitted to OMDA so payouts match the correct musician.
- Collect. Public-performance royalties OMDA collects for songwriters and publishers are reconciled with the rest of your catalog — no percentage taken.
