Artists Can Identify Unclaimed ‘Black Box’ Royalties Via New Platform From Stem Co-Founder

Tim Luckow has launched Notes.fm, a platform to help artists claim unclaimed "black box" royalties. The service scans streaming platforms and registries to identify missing royalties, requiring only the artist's name. After a successful beta that uncovered over $10 million in unclaimed royalties for more than 400 artists, Notes.fm is now publicly available with a subscription model starting at $5 per month. The platform aims to simplify the royalty recovery process, allowing artists to focus on their music while ensuring they receive all earnings due to them.
